Turbo Kick Class Starts Monday, February 27 at 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Turbo Kick® is an interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations
This is an ongoing class so you can sign up for any individual date you would like to come to. We will be accepting 6 participants per class. You can message us on Facebook or Instagram to reserve a spot in class or sign up at the front desk at the gym.
