Mondays:
9:30 – 10:20am (not so) Basic Strength Training: If you can’t make the Monday (I got you on Tuesday). Let’s build a foundation you can carry with you through life. Here we focus on the basics that are everything you need for a strong sculpted body. We squat, we hinge, we push and we pull. The basics done well will never feel boring because you’ll always be improving.
12:10- 12:50pm Turbo Kick An interval based, full body workout that begins with a sports-specific warm-up. High-paced intervals follow with kickboxing-specific strength/endurance training sequences and easy-to-follow combinations
5:15- 6:00pm Power Rhythm Spin: Christina is passionate about teaching both men and women of all fitness levels. Classes feature the latest spin trends, teaching you how to ride to the rhythm while safely incorporating optional upper-body movements. With high energy and enthusiasm in every ride, you’re guaranteed to have a blast on the bike! Each class includes a dynamic mix of climbs, intervals, races, and fun challenges to keep things fresh and motivating. The vibe? Pure fun. The music? Everything from pop and EDM to classic rock—and yes, even a little country. Come ready to sweat, smile, and have a blast on the bike!
6:15 – 7:15pm Strong as a Mother: Strong as a Mother is a fitness class focused on the changes our bodies go through during pregnancy and child birth. There is a heavy focus on breathing, deep core activation, pelvic floor health and our posterior chain, with an overall focus on strength in motherhood.
Weekly workouts are full body, strength based and our formatted with an activation phase, a strength phase and a stretch phase. The class is low impact and a variety of modifications are given for each exercise with hands on adjustments happenings throughout the class. Stephanie’s main goal for the class is create a safe space for moms at all stages to (re)connect with their bodies during this highly demanding and sensitive chapter of life.
It is recommended participants are cleared by their physician to participate in exercise post child birth.
Tuesdays:

9:30 – 10:30am STEP CLASS: Step aerobics is a classic cardio workout. It’s lasted for decades for a simple reason: It delivers results. The “step” is a 4-inch to 12-inch raised platform. You step up, around, and down from the platform in different patterns to boost your heart rate and breathing, and strengthen your muscles.
12:10 – 12:50pm Strong in 40: The goal: To get you in and out with an effective, full body strength training workout. You don’t have to spend hours in the gym to reap the rewards of a strong sculpted physique.
5:30- 6:15pm Spin: One of the BEST cardiovascular training options anywhere. Led by Certified Trainers, you will enjoy the professional guidance, the motivation and the inspiration to go further and faster to achieve maximum results from your workout.

Wednesdays:
10:15-11:15am BOOTCAMP: Bootcamp is a total body conditioning workout that increases functional fitness, strength and muscular endurance. We challenge each of the major muscle groups through a wide variety of exercises in a circuit style format.
12:10 – 12:50pm HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training
HIIT training can improve cellular rejuvenation, cardiovascular health, enhance metabolism, reduce stress, regulate hormones, boost cognitive function and assist in repairing your DNA, preventing premature aging.
1:1 Work to Rest Ratio. 40 minutes. Boom. Done.

Thursdays:
6:15 – 7:05am & 9:30am – 10:20am Let’s Build: If you were at Monday or Tuesday’s class, you won’t want to miss part 2. Two full body strength days are great to start building a body you are proud of. Ensuring each muscle group is challenged adequately, we build on the foundational pieces we started the week with.
12:10 – 12:50pm Pump & Sculpt: A Full Body Strength Training Class that is suitable for all fitness levels. Using bodyweight as well as light to moderate weights, we will strengthen, shape and tone all the major muscle groups. Compound and isolation exercises set to upbeat music will keep you motivated and put the fun in functional training

7:00pm – 8:00pm YoMo (not FOMO)
YoMo – Yoga Mobility Fusion
Mobility is not flexibility, it is freedom. Freedom to move, to lift and to live well. Yoga connects mind and body, reduces stress, improves balance and sleep quality.

Fridays:
9:30am – 10:30am : Core Restore & Strength 4Moms
Core Restore & Strength is a mom-focused fitness class designed to support safe, purposeful recovery after childbirth.
Becoming a mother is a life-changing experience—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Our classes offer an informative, welcoming, and non-intimidating environment where you can begin (or continue) your postpartum healing journey.
You’ll gain a deeper understanding of your pelvic floor and the natural changes your body undergoes during and after pregnancy. Each class includes functional exercises specifically chosen to strengthen your core, pelvic floor, and improve posture and alignment.
Sessions incorporate low-impact cardio, resistance training, breath work, static stretching, and just as importantly social connection.
It’s a great opportunity to move, learn, and bond with other moms. Whether you’re 8 weeks postpartum or over a year into motherhood, you’ll find options tailored to your current stage of recovery.
All classes are led by a nationally certified pre- and postnatal fitness instructor.
And yes, children are always welcome!

5:15 – 6:05pm Friday at the Bar: We want to end the week well while heading strong into the weekend. More of the BASICS with accessory and core work to round out a great 3 days of strength training.
